Rooms were entirely comfortable (loved the bathroom floor heating) with beautiful big beds and plenty of space. the gas fire gave great ambience and pumped out the heat! The staff were definitely the highlight for us - whether at breakfast, in the bar or restaurant for dinner, they were attentive, friendly and made our experience impeccable. The property itself is stunning. Our only disappointment is that we needed more time to explore it! The picknickery is definitely worth a visit, even if its to take some goods away for the drive home.

    For the foodies - you are just spoilt for choice with...

    For the foodies - you are just spoilt for choice with incredible restaurants all over the town. Beautiful vineyards, exquisite wine farms, you need a month to really see and do it all! Recommendations: hire e bikes and go for a ride. Jonkershoek reserve is magnificent. Incredible restaurants: Fat Butcher, Asta, Vendetta to name a few. Wonderful stores and everything so conveniently located.

    Looooved the warm welcome, helpfulness, kindness of the staff from the moment you walk in. Adrian and Brandon in reception are amazing!!!! And monique at breakfast available for anything and everything. These 3 contribute largely to this little hotels warm welcome. A little hotel where everything has its place, spotlessly clean, and central. Situated down the rd from the main hub of stellenbosch. All the restaurants and shopping area are literally a stone throw away.

    Fantastic boutique guesthouse well located in the centre of Stellenbosch, a few minutes walk to the main area of bars & restaurants. The staff really make this hotel, they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best it could be! They even did some laundry for us over the weekend when their laundry service is closed. The pool area allbeit small is set in a beautiful garden area, perfect for an hour or two to relax in the afternoon
