Fantastic experience from first minute. Staff is present everywhere and quick to assist you. The common areas are amazingly designed and well fitted in the forrest. There are animals casually walking around. Lastly, the dinner and breakfast was an experience by itself.

The tented accommodation was SO comfortable private and atmospheric. Wonderful facilities, shower etc and just a short walk to the dining/ bar. Also 2 swimming pools both lovely. The package we took included a safari daily, accom and meals. The food was excellent, the chef went to endless trouble to offer delicious and interesting meals every day. Transfers were excellent, on time and efficient. We also took the Panorama Tour which gave us a look at the fabulous scenery and geographic marvels of the area.

The stay was excellent. The hospitality including all service workers, guides, and chefs were superb. The guides were extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
