I loved the hotel. My best part was the staff, every single person we met made so much effort to make us feel welcome and we loved it. The deluxe double room was so convenient, clean and beautiful. We basically had every facility in the room that we needed, even more than we needed. Functional gym, good pool and sauna as well. Amazing time we had staying here. The breakfast was also really good.

All the staff I encountered were warm, friendly & efficient. Special mention to Ms Kim & Ms. Oanh of Front Desk who checked me in & out n helped me decide on my day tours. Also, the 3 friendly ladies who served me breakfast in the coffee house daily. The Bellman who were always helpful & the housekeeping staff who i did not meet but did a good job at cleaning my room.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the room & bed were comfortable, and there were loads of nice little touches like free tea & pastries available in the lobby in the afternoon. Great location, central but very quiet rooms, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic too. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam!
