I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Hanoi in future. Excellent staff and services. This is a brand-new hotel featured with very morden design and furniture. Buffet breakfast is tasty and impeccable.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The staff are incredible. Thanks to Suzy and Christine. They are the best. I even left my heavy suitcase here to collect on my way back home. For free! I will stay here on my way home and anytime I come to Hanoi again, which I will be doing. Train street is two minutes away walking. I love Hanoi.

Ms Lily from the reception was amazing and friendly. She made the extra mile by sharing with us several great traveling tips. All hotel staff made us feel extremely welcomed. The family room is spacious and suitable for 3 pax. Location is convenient to many food places. As we had to check out early in the morning, the hotel staff even prepared some packed food for us to go and allowed us to store our luggages for the day after we checked out. We really appreciate their amazing service! There is a swimming pool on the sky deck floor and it’s a chill place to hangout before sleep.

We spent the night at the hotel on the way to Halong. A wonderful cozy hotel in the old quarter. The hotel is small but very clean and comfortable, the rooms are well thought out and have everything for your comfort. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff is excellent and friendly, we were very quickly checked in, and also quickly checked out upon departure. If we come to Hanoi again, we will definitely choose this hotel for accommodation. I definitely recommend it.

We were offered welcome drinks and knowing we were in Hanoi for the 1st time, Tea provided some good food and tour recommendations. All hotel staff were on the ball to look out for their guests, helping us cross the road (a challenge to some foreigners). Hotel staff even sent ginger honey tea to my room after knowing I was unwell.
