This place was just perfect. I can’t express enough how amazing the staff was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They always wanted to help us, they would answer any question you have. I have never met such an amazing team. It was absolutely lovely to stay there and so central as well! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and you have many options to choose everyday. Next time I come to Hanoi I will stay here again for sure!!! Thank you so much for making my stay so much better 🫶🏻

Everything was amazing. We were in Vietnam for two weeks and this Hotel was the best. Super clean, great location, very friendly staff, great brekfast. Also, the bis tot the airport is 30 sec walk which is super convenient.
