We loved it! Everything was great. Clean, felt safe and new. Great Jazzlounge and bar. Nice staff. Big nice room. Newly refurbished bathroom. Close to grocery stores.

I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

Design of interior rooms, lobby, etc. was modern, clean, crisp and ergonomic. Quality in size of room, hardware and all furnishings, loved the automatic blackout screen and sheer curtains, large windows with view. Service and staff response quick, friendly and efficient.
