I had a fantastic stay at The Dagny, and I have to highlight the exceptional service I received from Ramy Chebbo at the front desk. I was greeted with a beautiful smile upon check-in and was lucky enough to have him assist with my smooth checkout as well—talk about full-circle service! Ramy made the whole process seamless and welcoming, and I was thrilled to receive an upgraded room. It was absolutely lovely—spacious, with a cozy lounge area, a separate bathroom, and all the comfort you’d want for a relaxing stay. The Dagny is stylish, well-located, and truly elevated by staff like Ramy who make guests feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing location, looking out over park. The upgrade was sooooo appreciated. Very confortable beds and room. Nespresso coffee in room, filtered water - all in price. Laura at Check-in was lovely. The gentleman on the desk as we left this morning (6am, 7th October) was also very friendly.

The location is amazing, the area is super vibrant and it’s right next to public transport but you can also walk to so many lovely places in the city. The room was super modern and had a huge bed which was insanely comfortable.

    The check-in process was very smooth, and the hotel is nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The rooms were exactly as described in the site, with comfortable beds and enough space for everyone. The location is fantastic, very close to Boston Common. If I stay again in Boston, I would definitely consider the hotel again.

    Good location. Helpful staff. Value for money. Nice touches such as complimentary snacks, iced tea and a popcorn trolley. It was an all round great experience in a hotel close to Boston Common and good shops. I stayed in 5 hotels over a 10 day visit. This was the best.

    The Newbury is a very nice hotel with helpful staff and a great location near the Boston Common. There were many attractions and shops within walking distance and the hotel is situated very close to a subway station that made touring Boston a breeze.
