I am regretted that I just booked for a night. i could stay for more days! like literally just stay in and use the facility. the spa facility - free onsen and sauna or even onsen in room are just perfect, the facility and equipment are all new! also location is just perfect and it situated right the ita tsao street. you can grab all the foods and shopping there in just 2 mins walk.

Small boutique hotel with spotlessly clean rooms. Stunning lakeside views from the balcony (and bathroom). Air-conditioning works perfectly. Complimentary goodie basket and minibar items each day. Centrally located in Ita Thao. We stayed in 6A on the top floor.

Outstanding service from the staff, they offered advice on how to get to different locations around Sun Moon Lake. They were quick to provide solutions when things arise and they notice fine details and provide solutions before we even ask. Very nice hotel. Hav transport service to bring u to shui she harbour. The service from the staff is superb. Breakfast is very good. Hav buffet style and can also order from menu.
