My room was upgraded free to a deluxe family room, with good Mountain View. The free shuttle bus is convenient to commute to the train station. Everything in the room is clean and well-designed to suit the needs of a family with kids. Kids will never feel bored with the toys in the room and the children’s playroom on the third floor! The rooms are spacious, the facilities are very good. Kids room are fun, and the staff is very good at entertaining the kids with fun things. The pool area is nice and there is a small cafe where you can get snacks and drinks. The breakfast is overall international and there is something for everyone. The staff is one of the absolute best things about the hotel. They were so friendly and took very good care of us. We used a lot of Google translate because of the language barrier, but that was not a problem. We communicated very well that way. We had a very nice weekend here.
