Everything was amazing. It exceeded my expectations: the building, the restaurants (both gastronomic and terrace), the spa, and the gift shop. Every detail was taken care of. The staff is super professional and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We stayed for a short time but the staff of the hotel made everything to make it a nice stay for us. The hospitality was top. They were attentive when we had a taxi picking, dropping us. The reception personnel was very kind. And there was coffee served in the lobby even though we left very early in the morning, was happy to have that :) The location of the hotel was also good.

Magnificent breakfast! All personnel - from the reception to the cleaning ladies - were above all expectations, very kind and helpful! Superb location.

Everything was perfect, staff are lovely, friendly and speak English. Room was big, clean, wifi worked, hot water, fridge, a/c, tv, plenty of plugs for charging your phone, free bottle of water, breakfast was nice. Location is perfect, 5 mins walking to Clock tower, 5 mins walking to Medina. The hotel has a bar, we found perfect for having a few beers any time of the day. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. We are back in a wk for an extra night before flying back home

Felt like at home here. Friendliest staff, nice and clean rooms, central location, and delicious tea&dates. We traveled with a baby and the manager drove us to the bus station personally, super helpful. Free bottled water. Best value for money. Will def go back if in Tunis again.
