We stayed for a short time but the staff of the hotel made everything to make it a nice stay for us. The hospitality was top. They were attentive when we had a taxi picking, dropping us. The reception personnel was very kind. And there was coffee served in the lobby even though we left very early in the morning, was happy to have that :) The location of the hotel was also good.

Beautiful and well maintained with traditional decor. You can feel it has a soul and looks spotless. Every corner is worth stopping and photographing. Restaurant team on the rooftop who spoke English (boy) was very welcoming and very excited to see us - this type of warm welcome we would expect from reception team. Door on rooftop restaurant was excellent, we stayed 6 hours from lunch to dinner with our friends and enjoyed view, service and food very much. Will come back and recommend.

the location was wonderful ,the people,the staff were amazing especially Ahmed in reception he was active ,smiling ,helping us in every thing & girls that provide breakfast service ,rooms are attractive &very clean . god willing I will come back to Tunis & i will be staying in royal Victoria.
