The staff were amazing, and the location was great it was just in front of Impact Arena. There's also Cosmo Bazaar and it's very accessible through the walkway. The hotel itself was clean and had a decent breakfast. Will definitely book here again if I ever watch another concert in Bangkok.

Location wise, its is very accessible via walkway going to Cosmo Bazaar & Impact Arena. As per hotel itself, staffs are friendly & helpful. My room has a great view & bed is comfy, clean & I can sleep very well. Ideal price for an accommodation. If I am going back to see a concert at Impact Arena, I will definitely book a room here.

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and caring, we had a great trip and the hotel was very well maintained, the room was clean, spacious and welcoming. the hotel also had a shuttle service that they arranged for a trip to the concert venue and back, they do go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
