My room layout was excellent. We were impressed with the humongous-sized bed in our room. Kids had so much room to roam and run around and play with each other. Also, we liked their pool facility which was shallow so kids could use it without us worrying about them or being with them in the pool. Their staff were very helpful in connecting us to food delivery service and also arranging transport to go for sightseeing. Another aspect I liked was that the number of guests staying on the property was ideal and didn't feel like it was crowded especially for breakfast, pool, etc. were comfortably accessible with ample space and time. Overall, the staff, facilities, layout, amenities in the room, etc. were all great, and would definitely stay again.

Breakfast - best one we had in all these visits to Bangkok Room - very good and comfortable. Never felt small with 2 adults and 2 kids in the same room Japanese themed and fantastic at every step Property - very clean and service spot on at every step Location is at the heart of Ploenchit and avoids other crowds of usual Bangkok areas, but still close by to all usual Malls and attractions. Easily accessible with Taxi / Grab BTS access is there from the building - although have a walk a bit

The Hotel offers a great variety at the breakfast and also at the lunch. No matter what you eat, the food is delicious. The swimming pool has been cooled down which makes you feel fresher especially in hot and humid weather. Room and bed was very comfortable. They helped us to organize a full day private Bangkok highlights tour and also a street food tour at night. Thanks to them we spent great time and made most of the Bangkok in only two days. Their roof bar is great, the cocktails are delicious and service is great. We will return again.
