The location was absolutely stunning, as was the view from the room. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big enough for two people and our luggage. The continental breakfast is as you can expect, again with excellent service. As there was a festival in town during our stay, we had to park at the closest available public parking. The hotel's heads-up and instructions before arrival were a great help.

Everything was perfect. The room was the cleanest. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. They even have different kind of pillows on the bed so we could choose if we wanted the softer or the harder. The balcony was the perfect addition and the view was spectacular. The staff was so kind and helpful. It was the best hotel experience we ever had.

Perfect located to explore San Marino and it's towers, close to the lift, free parking right in front. Super friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room and very convenient that there is the restaurant with amazing food.

As a solo traveller, Donatella's kindness and all our interactions during breakfast and whenever I would pop in during the day made me feel very welcome and sort of looked after, it was quite nice. The place was, of course, clean and perfectly located, especially if you're going for the Giornate Medioevali: near the first tower, but far enough from the night festivities at Cava dei Balestrieri to be peaceful.
