We had a huge room on the 2nd floor, they offered daily cleaning althouh we had only booked for 2 days (but daily cleaning is ALWAYS appreciated), breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the old town was only a 2 minute walk! 24-hour reception is a huge plus too. Check out is at 12, not 11 like in most hotels, which is also a plus.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfasts - very good. Quiet place. Clean room and bathroom. Perfect location - close to all important places in the city. For sure - I will come back to this hotel again.

Staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. They've guided us through the city map and even better transport options to Vienna. Breakfast was great, excellent service!
