Apartman is very spacious, with great view on terme Olimia. Garage parking is within building. Well managed by apart hotel Rosa. Good replacement for expensive hotel Sotelia and Breza. Everything is according to description. Great appartment, location and service!

If you are spending your holidays in Terme Olimia, and the hotel is to expensive, than this is the right place to stay. It is 5 min away from Terme Olimia (with car) and also 10 min away from Olimije. The apartmant is really nice, comfortable and the staff is also very nice! I really recommend this apartment!!!

Verg big and beautiful apartment. Good for a family. Everything is very clean. You have all necessary stuff in the apartment. BIG android TV and good WiFi. We were welcomed by owners and we received gifts and meals as a surprise :D Very nice people, they gave us a lot of advice and recommendations on what to visit. There is a very neat yard with a nice view, perfect for a morning tea or coffee. The apartmant is very near the Terme Olimia and all sights in the Podčetrtek.

Great host, comfy and warm apartment. Everything is latest, smart thermostat for heating and great tv channels. Close to terme Olimia, the view in the morning is great.

Not our first time in Terme Olimia, we just love this place. At first sight, apartment location is good but everything is close there, so no extra value in it. Access to Termalija Family Fun is provided. Reception services is provided by hotel Rosa and it is really good.

Super location, quiet, we enjoyed summer evenings on the balcony, pretty views of surrounding nature. Terme Olimia / Aqualuna also very close by. The apartment had everything we needed, was spacious and comfortable. We forgot our laptop and the owner was kind enough to send it to our home address via mail.

Quite bad place far away from four star hotel. Fortunately they have two free rooms in hotel Sotelia so close almost the same place where we spent nice time there. That was my mistake reserving hotel Breza. Otherwise terme Olimia are beautiful place to spend a time

The hotel is wonderfully integrated into the natural area and the entire complex of Terme Olimia. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. Apartment is super spacious and very clean.
