A magic experience in Gothenburg! Dorsia Hotel & Restaurant – theatrical glamour where you are treated like royalty! Dorsia may be an exclusive boutique hotel, but it feels more like a palace as you could see on my attached photos. The storybook-style is really impressive! Each room is different. Our cool room (no 303) was very well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want and plenty of towels. Scrupulously clean and perhaps the most comfortable bed for any hotel I have visited! The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Having visited some of the Worlds' finest hotels, I can confidently say that Dorsia ranks among the greatest. Dorsia is member of “Small luxury hotels of the world” for a reason. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Dorsia and keep up the hard work I know it is to keep a high service level like this! Are you looking for a magic experience in Gothenburg – Dorsia is the one you are looking for. It is not cheap, but you get good value for money! Highly recommended!     Lovely museum.

    Lovely museum. There are lockers to store all coats, backpacks, etc. However they are hard to come by during busy times/days so be aware that you might be waiting a bit before one becomes available.

    We are an Australian family.

    We are an Australian family. This place was interesting and fun BUT not all the rooms had English, as well as Swedish information, as promised. There were two rooms, where quite a bit of it was only in Swedish. I had no idea what was going on. If they are going to do this, then English speakers should get a discount as we couldn't participate properly. Besides this, it was wonderful.

    The location was great, within walking distance to Liseberg and Universeum and ok bus connections to the center. Also very cosy with the little garden. A nice trail close by to for people wanting to move a bit. The owner met us up on arrival, she was nice and forthcoming and showed us the essentials and quirks of the house.

    Very child and family friendly hotel with several activities for the children like a cinema, a slide in the lobby and a large carousel in the dining area. Very short distance to Liseberg amusement park and Universeum science museum. Note that the amusement park is usually open until late at night (22:00 CEST), but we were not bothered by any loud noises even though our room was facing the park with a short distance to one of the rides.

    I slept in 8-people dorm room. Beds were quite confortable and there were locker rooms to store personal things (bring you own lockpad). The quality of sleep of course depends on how noisy are your roommates, as in every hostel. Common toilets were clean and weren't too crowded (although I was there when there were few clients) The position is good, the hostel is in front of Liseberg park and close to Universeum and Gothia towers - about 30 min by walk or 10 min by tram from the city centre.

    Sound proof, comfortable and clean rooms. Conveniently located close to universeum, liseberg park and tram station. Kids enjoyed the stay. There were games, play area and the pony carousel! the kids.
