This hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise, since I didn’t expect much based on the pictures. Yes, the room is very small, but it’s so comfy! The mattress and the pillows are perfect, it’s so quiet in the hotel that you can spend the whole day in bed comfortably. You can open a window in the room, which is rare for Stockholm hotels. But the biggest plus of this hotel is breakfast, probably the best I ever had in a hotel. Everything is right temperature and very tasty, huge selection for a small hotel like this. Lots of gluten free and healthy options and amazing deserts, including candies and cakes. I didn’t see any children around while I was staying there, probably because the rooms are too small to stay with kids, which gives you an additional bonus of peace and quiet at breakfast and in the hotel in general. The stuff is very nice and helpful, I asked for a kettle and they immediately brought it to my room. Considering how awful most of the hotels are in Stockholm (from my experience), this was a hidden gem.

This hotel overlooks Tegnérlunden Park, 150 metres from the Drottninggatan shopping street and 10 minutes’ walk from Stockholm Central Station. It offers free WiFi, a bar and SPA & gym.

I liked everything, including breakfast, room, and location. In that regard, I don`t have any recommendations. Definitely, the hotel is ESG-compliant because even a Hotel Key Card was made of wood material ;) I would like to give special thanks to miss Solveig who was extremely kind and assist me with everything that I asked for. She even ordered me coffee for the next quite early morning check out at 3:30 AM, that was highly appreciated by my side :)

If you want a "treat yourself" moment, this is it. Truly one if the best accommodation experiences I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Ett Hem was recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was important, but not overwhelmed by obligation. To the moment I left, and beyond, I felt like I was at home. I can't say enough great things about the wonderful people who work there to make the stay perfect. It's not accommodation. It's an experience. And one that I will never forget. Also, please indulge in dinner at Ett Hem, because it is out of this world. You can customise it as you wish, or if you are undecided like me, just accept their recommendations because they really know what they are doing.

This modern hotel is next to Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia in Arenastaden District of Solna. Stockholm city centre is an 8-minute train ride away.

The room was exceptionally quiet, none of the usual hotel sounds, none! Very clean and an amazing breakfast. Also, I really liked their little baggy for donating clothes (pic).
