I have been to a lot of hotels in my life but this hotel's value for money is unmatched for me. The room was bigger and better than most 5 star hotels I've stayed in. The room was very clean had a sitting area, bathroom that puts most deluxe hotel chains to shame.

We stayed here for our anniversary and were so pleasantly surprised — the staff had prepared a beautiful room for us and even left a small gift to celebrate. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel has a stunning design, everything was super clean, and the whole atmosphere felt very welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight - not only was there a great variety, but they also served hot dishes, which you don’t always see. It made the whole experience feel even more special. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Everything was fine. Delicious breakfast for children's too. The wellness is super, clean and quiet, the staff is very nice and helpful. This is our favorite hotel in Novi Sad, and we plan to come back soon.
