the location is superb. it’s within a complex of what we assume were old brick warehouse/ factories, all of which were redeveloped into shops offices museums etc- that lends to the overall lofty vibe of the place. lots of dining options around, plenty of coffee shops too and some art galleries. there are also cash machines and Kantor (foreign exchange) within this complex which pretty much makes it a one stop shop

A very nice new luxury hotel in the city centre with a great working stuff! Receptionist Juan was great and very polite and gave us an upgrade of a room with a nice view, he also let us go and rest at the terrace even after we checked out. The breakfast was good and a restaurant is very pretty with outside tables as well.

These days, a hotel worth the price you pay is no different from another. What then sets one hotel apart? The manner in which the hotel treats its guests. It’s human touch. Raffles Europejski Warsaw has abundance of this. I must commend all the ppl fm the Reception and Concierge including Magda, Michael, “Voitek”, our Butler “Franceska”, and a lass trainee who checked us in expediently and others whose names we do not have. Mr Bartek fm Concierge was particularly outstanding. All the breakfast staff were excellent too, especially Jacob. The housekeeping and other hotel staff also did a very good job!!! Tq too to the Front office Manager Mr Arkadiusz Walfisz for his hospitality and professionalism. We had a wonderfully happy stay!!!
