The food market complete with costume folk dancers is amazing. As are the crafts made by locals. The prettiest constructions were of brillizntly colored tin foiled churches with elaborate designs called Shopkas, which are Christmas decorations. Must taste the kielbasa and pierogies too.

The Market Square is an absolute must to visit.

The Market Square is an absolute must to visit. Once inside the square there are multiple churches and even chapels with their own unique history. There is a wide range or restaurants surrounding the entire perimeter of he town square. Before you decide on anyone restaurant, take a quick walking tour of the offerings and even how many people are sitting at any one location, before you decide on your final choice. Stayed there 4 days and chose different restaurants each time. There was no restaurant with bad food, but most were above average.

The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic- next to royal castle at Wawel hill, by Vistula River boulevard and very close to the main Market Square. I loved the breakfast area (the breakfast itself was great too) and the rooftop restaurant with the terrace overlooking the river. The staff were really helpful and friendly, whether you were at the reception or at the restaurant or bar.

bedrooms, kitchen, and living area. Everyone in our family of five could find a comfortable spot to relax. The location was excellent, right between the Main Market Square and Wawel Castle, both easily walkable. I also really appreciated the team’s help when I had to extend my stay due to a cancelled flight.

The studio was spotlessly clean, spacious, with tasteful decor, high-quality furniture and appliances, and a very comfortable bed. The window overlooked Bracka Street, full of restaurants and shops — though (understandably) a bit noisy when open. Downstairs there’s a lovely café offering excellent brunches. The area felt very safe even late at night, and the location is unbeatable: right in the city centre, not even a 2-minute walk from Kraków’s Main Market Square (Rynek Główny).
