The room is big and beds are warm and comfy. The room has a bathroom and the inside garden is very cute. The breakfast is included, simple and very good, you can let her know what time you would like it. It's a 10-15 min walk from the main square. I spent time in the garden at the large table to work and have coffee. I walked to town and back a few times and the road leeds right to the main square.
