The manager is very accommodating and helped us organizing a kayak tour to the Uros. We could check in before the official time, as the room was already free. It's a short walk from the city center, which didn't bother us at all. But it is closer to the bus station. As is often the case in Peru, breakfast is unfortunately not a highlight. Super friendly and hospitable staff at reception, especially Lupe who checked us in! Hotel is very close to main square and shops, so great location too. Good breakfast served on the top floor! Upon request, the hotel arranged to pick us up from Puno bus station too and the driver was extremely kind, friendly and patient with our bus delay and even helped us with bags.
