Due to our limited English proficiency, Star went above and beyond to help us numerous times, making our stay more enjoyable and seamless. Star consistently greeted us with a smile and a warm attitude. Whenever we encountered any issues or needed assistance, she patiently addressed our concerns and provided incredibly helpful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine concern for guests made us feel right at home. Not only does this hotel boast an elegant environment and attentive service, but the enthusiastic assistance from staff members like Star left a lasting impression on us. The attitude and behaviour of the staff specially Vivian was commendable. She was very helpful and cooperative. Advised us on tidbits and gave us wonderful tips so that our one night two days stay in Rotorua was memorable. The hotel was superb and the ambience, location was fabulous with lots of eating places nearby including the outstation bus terminal. The whole team of the staff of this hotel deserves special mention.
