Our stay at Holiday Inn Auckland Airport was nothing short of amazing! The environment was peaceful, family-friendly, and surrounded by greenery. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The bathtub was a great addition, providing the perfect way for our family to unwind and relax. The quality of the products was excellent. We also loved the free parking right next to our room, and the gym was well-equipped. The pool was pleasant, though a bit cold. One extra star goes to the pillows—each of us had two, and the pillowcases were embroidered with "Firm" or "Soft." It was an incredible touch to ensure everyone’s comfort. We were impressed with the luggage scale at the entrance and the efficient check-out process. When my son accidentally left his ring at the pool, we called after we had already left for Hamilton and Rotorua. The staff had kept the ring safe and were happy to hold it for us until we could pick it up. The toilets near the entrance were spacious and spotless, and the indoor garden area was simply beautiful and calming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Allowed us to book in early. That was just so fabulous as we had just disembarked from our cruise and where very tired. Food was exceptional. Convenient to airport with shuttle bus just out the front.

Arrive early in case they get booked out.

Arrive early in case they get booked out. Unfortunately we didn't arrive until about 11.30am, so all tickets to R.End were sold. We could get in free to the games parlour. We took advantage of that with our two under-5s who were very disappointed by the sold-out, but we managed to score some free rides on the pre-schooler train ride.
