Clean, modern house. Everything you want is there Nice peaceful location, just a 25 minute drive to Tokoroa and around 45 minute drive to either Rotorua or Taupo. A lovely 4 night stay and definitely would recommend a holiday there and will definitely stay again if the need arises.

Situated 10 minutes' drive north of Taupo, Wairakei Resort is surrounded by landscaped gardens and unique geothermal features.

Outside hot tub was so big and deep. Nice and warm. Bar staff, receptionist were so kind and helpful.

Beautifully designed and furnished, all the little details thought of. Like a holiday within a holiday! The spa was perfect and the garden lovely. Even though the main house is located just over the garden, we felt we had complete privacy and comfort.

Set among 7 hectares of landscaped gardens , all rooms include satellite TV and a balcony or patio. Guests enjoy free unlimited WiFi per room per day.

The communication from the owner was very welcoming. The view from the cabin was incredible. There were so many nice touches in the cabin ( bottle of prosecco in the fridge, some chocolates, robes and slippers). One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

Absolutely amazing place! I was wondering how it's possible for a place to have 9.9 on Booking - not anymore - it's totally well deserved. The owners are really kind and helpful; you can feel the personal touch. The location on the hilltop is breathtaking, surrounded by the nature. The apartment was big, clean, with many amedities, comfortable and of very good quality standard. We regret we couldn't stay longer, but we will return to this place for sure!
