SingaporeService was impeccable. You can immediately tell that all the staffs were genuinely delighted to have you at the lodge and would want it to be the best experience for you. The rooms are very well equipped and very comfortable. Views were stunning. There's in room heating and even the floors and bath rooms are heated. It was a nice and cosy night stay. Our trip was cut short due to bad weather but that wasn't a problem. We got a refund and no further questions asked.
Theg certainly set a sky high benchmark in customer service and experience .

Milford Sound
Carved out by glaciers during the ice age, this remote fjord was first discovered over 1,000 years ago by Maoris, who returned seasonally to collect the prized greenstone. The dramatic waterway runs 15 km inland from the Tasman Sea, bringing penguins, dolphins and seals. The sheer cliffs form 1,000-metre-tall peaks, often plunging waterfalls back down into the dark waters of the Sound.
