Location is very good - close to Queen Street, harbor, 2 steps away from the SkyTower. You have shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk distance. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. We especially appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed with them for 1-2 nights 3 times within a 3 weeks timeframe. They agreed to deposit some of our luggage in between the stays - it was really really appreciated as it made our life lots easier touring New Zealand.

From the check-in counter, to room service, to valet parking, the staff was pleasant and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was perfect. Special mention for the meat served at the Grill, the hotel restaurant where our dinner was exceptional.
