Last week i stayed at a Imperial Lexis KL where the service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering thoughtful amenities and local recommendations. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, always ensuring my room was spotless. What really stood out was their willingness to accommodate special requests with a smile. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

The location of the hotel was excellent; 12 mins walk to the twin towers. The room and bathroom were very clean, with no sign of mould in the corners of the showers, which is very important for me. The hotel and room design was modern, contemporary and minimalist, which I liked very much. The breakfast was the highlight for me. Everything tasted really good and also the options were quite varied each day. Pool area was also really nice.

    Worst zoo i have ever been too.

    Worst zoo i have ever been too. The range of wild life was lovely but I did not feel like safety of the visitors was a priorty. There was a snake on a bench near enough to kids running about and also monkeys everywhere. The tigers looked like they could leap across the small barrier and attack. I would highly recommend they take safety seriously
