We had a great experience at this hotel.Nice and comfortable rooms,a hotel with nice aesthetics and a good price,the breakfast was rich and tasteful with also some really nice local stuff like maltese cheese and the staff was also really helpful and polite.The location was also really central. The apartment is exceptional. It really exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and services. The bed is very comfortable, they provide more than one type of pillow, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are new and the location is perfect, very close to shops, restaurants and public transport lines. The area is quiet and we felt safe walking on the street at night. We used the communal kitchen and it served us very well for breakfast.

The Presidential Suite, as seen on the hotel website or on Booking.com, is provided for up to two people, but upon special request from us they would add two extra beds for the children to the final price of 1084 euros for four nights. I have to say that the employees were very kind and helpful in all our interactions. But what surprised me was the lack of information about the room from the reception at check in and I will explain why. After we checked in and were given our cards and a keyring with two keys, we were told which elevator to use to go to the 12th floor. After reaching the floor we followed a rather long route to the room. Our initial impression was disappointing as the bedroom veranda was on the inner courtyard and without much of a view, which for me is a problem as I always choose rooms with a view even if we pay more for them as I look for visual escapes. So, if you book a room at this particular hotel, make sure it doesn't have a view of the inner courtyard if you're like me. The living room had a tinted glass door that led out next to other elevators than the ones we had previously taken to the floor, as well as to a lovely large roof terrace with a great view of Valletta, which at first, we thought was communal. We soon found out for ourselves that the roof terrace is private to the suite and that the particular elevators on the 12th floor only served the suite using the key we were given as there were no buttons for the 12th floor. In any other hotel they would advertise these amenities but here they didn't tell us anything leaving us to find out for ourselves, if indeed we were to. I don't know about the rest of the hotel rooms but we really enjoyed ours as it was spacious, with two bathrooms, its own roof terrace with a great view and direct elevator access. Twice a day they brought us sweets equal to the number of people staying in the room. The room and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

    What to say about the hostess Serena.. she is an amazing person, very kind and helpful. She gave us all the proper advices once’s we arrived and even before. The room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Uk to Eu plug was provided. The location is quiet and it’s 7 minutes by foot from Balluta Bay. Also at a very small distance there is a bus station leading to Valletta. I should definitely recommend this place for those who are seeking for relaxing vacation.

    The apartment is in an excellent location: close to bus stops, shops, and within walking distance of both Paceville and Balluta Bay. The place is modern, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. On top of that, the owner is incredibly kind, available and always ready to help with anything you might need. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I ever return to Malta.

    The apartment was clean and tidy with good facilities and a very comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the rooftop viewpoint was even better! We didn't use the rooftop pool but you can book this if you want to. The location was excellent- walking distance to St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, Balluta Bay and many shops/restaurants suitable for all budgets.

    I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment! It was very clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The pool was a real highlight , perfect for a quick refresh during the hot daytime. The location is great as well. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Balluta Bay Beach, which is the nearest sandy beach. There's also a supermarket just around the corner (less than 2 minutes away), and several nice restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend the place!

    The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. A central point for places like Sliema, Paceville and Portomaso. Also just a short drive from Mdina and Rabat. The scenery around was perfect, Balluta bay was perfect for an afternoon swim after exploring all day!
