Amazing stay, staff and location!! Just perfect!

The service was super awesome! And kind! Despite the price, the overall experience was pleasant. Yet would be better if 37 floor is free to the residents.

The Londoner Grand was 100% SUPERB. We enjoyed our stay being looked after by the very professional staff, the clean and spectacular rooms and meal opportunities were amazing. 100% Satisified, would stay again when visiting Macau. Londoner Grand = Pure Opulence!

We had an extraordinary experience thanks to Ophelia and Sylvia. Not only were they service-minded, friendly and helpful, they were also very kind to our daughter. We were blessed to receive a room upgrade to the Andaz suite. A super spacious room (68 sqm) with a modern design and thoughful selection of furniture, with living room and a bed that fitted prefectly for a familiy of 3. The room had all options for charging: USB-A, USB-C and wireless charge. Also, the cleaniness was excellent. Please keep it up with the cleaniness! The room had a big wardrobe, and became our daughters little secret castle, with she loved! She also loved the drawing-kit that she received. Suprisingly, the room offered a serveral options of free soft drinks, beer, wine, milk and Andaz special snackbox. We really appreciated it! Overall, the Andaz hotel offers a high quality of service and always had their customers in mind. Bathroom amenities for both adults and children, facial mask and leg mask with was super beneficial after a long walk in Macau, shopping bag, protection for your cellphone for your visit at the swiming pool at Galaxy Grand Resort - without extra charge. Friendly tips: Every evening, the hotel lobby offers relaxing time with free drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus outside the hotel. Make sure to ask the staff about the scheduale.

It's absolutely excelent beyond expectations the service it's best, any hotel around will give you that service, one of my best experiences.
