They were always asking if everything was okay. We told them that the pillows were very bad and they immediately changed them with better ones. The restaurant was also nice and the staff very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Ari Boutique Hotel. The service is excellent and so friendly. Sahid at reception organized all our excursions, even considering the weather to ensure the best experience. Chef Rashid made our mornings special with his warm greetings and delicious breakfasts. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommended!

The place is very nice, newly opened, it has spacious and sparkling clean rooms - exactly as displayed in pictures. It is located close to the train station, in the new area of Marrakech, safe to walk around also at night! By day we also walked to the Medina - it's maximum 30 mins by foot. The staff is very kind and helpful, with recommendations and any information you may require during your stay. We totally recommend choosing this hotel for your vacation.

    I wouldn’t bother really it’s a fairly empty shopping centre, it has a sports shop some perfume and phone shops and a small supermarket but unless you forgot to bring your gym kit it’s not got much there.

    Nice break from the souks and definitely a better option than the Menara Garden and its same popular photo of a nice pavilion with blue sky, water reflection and Atlas mountain on the backdrop which are nowhere to be seen in the actual location...

    Small shopping area with lots of caffès and fast food restaurants and has few international and local shops for men & women including cosmetics and grocery shopping. There is only one small traditional Moroccan food but with distinctive and excellent taste called Tajine.

    Easy check-in, well equipped, guarded community. Not close the the Medina, but well located, especially for day-trips around Marrakech and the surrounding areas. Within 10 min drive to M-avenue or Menara mall. Lovely terrace, nice swimming pool, and view to the golf course.

    - location is excellent. Close to everything, yet not in the middle of all the noise. Menara mall is only a few minutes away by car or taxi. Lots of taxis can be found left of the hotel. - room is very spacious. So is the bathroom. - lunch at the pool is good and prices are fair - swimming pool is cozy and Hamza takes care of everything there. He is a gem for the hotel. - friendly reception and staff

    Gardens were lovely and the area was very quiet. Within minutes walk to M Avenue and 15 mins walk to Menara Mall that had a Carre supermarket ( which sold european items ) . Our apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. We had Netflix! Bed was slightly too hard for me but still comfortable. Lovely bathrooms . Great aircon throughout the apartment and lovely views of the gardens .

    Great location. Safe for solo travels. 25 minutes walk to the Medina or 25 minutes along the Muhammad V1 avenue to the Menara Mall 10 minutes walk to the train and bus station . Opera House 5 minutes walk Staff friendly and efficient. Lady that served my breakfast was exceptionally good . WiFi and ac good.. Rooms have kettle with complimentary teas and bottled water. A nice relaxing Rooftop pool and bar.

    The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes away from the city centre (guilez) so near enough to walk and also close enough to the market and menara mall. Pool on roof is small but ok to cool in and a larger pool on the ground floor. Nice sun loungers. Rooms and hotel are modern, hotel is only about five years old
