For our purpose the location was excellent, opposite of the railwaystation and the international buses terminal on one hand, couple of hundred meters to the bus 22 (from or to the airport) and at the entrance to the Old City of Riga on the other hand. Rooms very comfy and excellent breakfast, even starting quite late (7 o clock). Hotel and rooms are nicely renovated and decorated, according to Riga's Art Nouveau style.

The room was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and though the hotel was located on a main street, there was no noise. We had a room on the front side of the hotel and the views were spectacular. The bathroom floor was heated and what a comfort and pleasure it was during a November stay. The housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were kept clean. The kitchenette is basic and okay for maybe heating something but doesn't really serve well for cooking a full meal. The cupboards are spacious and the seating area in the room was also ample.

    They have convenience stores, but that's about it.

    They have convenience stores, but that's about it. There weren't enough chairs to accommodate all the passengers. They have locker (credit card), so you should put your luggage there and spend time at the Central Market nearby.
