The location was perfect. Very close to local restaurants and the beach with just 5 minutes walk away. But also very peaceful day and night :) The room was spotless and built to a high standard. In fact…. It was one of the best we stayed in during our trip in Sri Lanka. We even booked another night which we didn’t plan as we loved it so much. The staff are very kind and helpful - thank you! I would definitely come back to stay here on my next visit!

Villa 73 was very good place to stay in Unawatuna. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose western or sri lankan breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful. Big thanks for taking care of us!

You cant find a better place. So quiet and peaceful. Very clean and super nice staff. It takes about 4 min to walk to the beach and it is nice restaurants close (plus the ones on the beach). Beds are comfy, clean Beach towels are provided every day and they have grate breakfast options! Its also possible to eat at the Hotel and the food is really, really good. Better then the restaurants at beach. A lot of birds can be seen at the Hotel area.
