Khon (I hope I spelled that right), who is the manager and host of the hotel was exceptionally hospitable through our entire stay and more importantly even after our stay! He helped us out with motorbike renting after we left the hotel. The facilities where all excellent; super clean rooms and sheets. The bathroom had a tub and a big rain shower as well. All aspects of the hotel were just perfect and we really thank Khon from the bottom of our hearts for all the effort and energy he puts in to his customers and hotel! Thank you from Lotte and Sjors

Just amazing experience for us. We feel at home and place was so peaceful and welcoming. Henri is amazing host share with you all important information and tell you interesting stories about city and Lao people. Breakfast was amazing and every time different, big and clean pool! This hotel was at very good location, quiet, nice and very clean, our room was very nice with balcony views and it was at the center of Luangprabang. The staff was very helpful, smiling, speaking well English and helping us for every thing during we stayed in this hotel and they also have Motorbike for rental services , it was really convenient and comfortable for us. The Breakfast was really delicious, Clean, nice and Free coffee and small drinking water. We hope to come back to staying at the hotel again in our next time.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel in Luang Prabang. The hotel receptionist, Giang, was extremely nice as she helped us book tours and buses to Nong Khiaw, as well as set up Motorbike rentals. I got injured during my time here and the receptionist was kind and attentive and went out of her way to assist me (Medicine, ice, etc...). As far as the room goes, it was clean, the AC worked well and the beds were comfy. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet but still conveniently close to the main street/night market and the Mekong River. The breakfasts were nice and satisfying but nothing crazy, if that's what you're looking for. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great room, great shower, great location. Easy to rent scooters for the normal price. Every single staff member has been kind and helpful.
