The staff is extremely nice. They all speak english and they help you with whatever you need (taxi, flight information, restaurant reservations and recommendations, etc.) The rooms look quite high end and are very clean. The shower pressure is very good. You get a clothes dryer / refresher machine in the room which comes in very handy after eating in a BBQ restaurant, since it eliminates all smell out of clothes. The location is also great. There is a grocery store right next door, along with a smoking area. The hotel has a car valet who parks your car in the garage for you and gets it out in 10 minutes after requesting it. You can pay for breakfast whenever you want, and the food is really good, with lots of choices. I really couldn’t recommend a better hotel! Absolutely amazing.

Efficient friendly parking and reception staff. Everything was on time and organised. Room was spotless, quite large( king and single bed) with seats,desk, wardrobe, large sink in kitchen unit area. Nice toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Great for airport and lots of restaurants around.

Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to extend a huge thank you to Stella Kim for her outstanding service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju Island. And once again, a special thank you to Stella Kim for her exceptional service. Please extend my warm regards to her.
