Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The hotel itself was great, had very friendly staff and a pretty good breakfast. The room was great, comfy and clean with a sizable bathroom. It's a great choice if you rent a car, as the hotel offers a free to use garage, also having a car is highly recommended for visiting most of Jeju island.

Fresh, new hotel. Nice views from. Convenient location in Jeju town. Good for the family getting two rooms appartment for the price of one. Highly recommend this hotel.
