Great parking spaces and the Sakura trees on the road in front of the hotel were so pretty. Bonus point. The staff said there’s no amenities and that there’s a convenient store on g floor. We hurriedly bought shampoos etc only to find out that they did have shampoos etc. Just not tooth brush.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. The room was very spacious and the property was very beautiful. Had a good view of seogwipo city and some of the oreums around the area. Central location so no matter which side of the island you are exploring it's fairly reachable.
