All staff are so nice and politely. Specially Anne from Front Desk, IRD team, and concierge team are so great with greeting. This seems to be quite a popular boutique hotel among locals and foreigners. They were very kind and responsive to my numerous enquiries on the Booking.com messaging app. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's minimalist, chic, comfortable, and clean. Check-in is self-service - very easy and intuitive. Same goes for check-out. Location is superb as it's convenient yet quiet (in a small alley). Most importantly, the staff are so friendly and enthusiastic that it makes me so happy every time I interact with them. We had some troublesome requests such as luggage and bicycle storage but they are always so kind to try their best to support 🥹 I highly recommend GOYOO to anyone staying in Gangnam!
