From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you again to the entire team for your exceptional service.

From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.
