A lovely hotel in very good location close to restaurants and shopping streets. Room with sofa and work table is very cozy and comfort. Bathroom is perfect. Espresso capsule machine is impressive. Green tea capsule is very good! This hotel will be the top of mind when I go to Osaka.

Super modern room & lobby, room with balcony, coffee machine. Thought through e.g. using a water suspender instead of plastic bottles, luggage storage with locks. Super friendly staff - even coming down to street level to tell us it is easier to get a taxi on the other side of the street, more English than other hotels. Close to metro station- would strongly recommend to friends while staying in Osaka.

    Location is good, near umeda station and airport bus limousine stop (Hankyu hotel). There are many shops, department stores and restaurants nearby. The room is big, more space for 2 persons. Restroom is also good, feels comfortable. It is quiet even if the hotel is next to railways because soundproof.

    Very close to Umeda Station. Room was very comfy and clean. If you like to stay in Osaka in a central Spot, this is a very nice Hotel to stay. Breakfast was nice and Staff very very friendly. One minute away there is a LIFE Supermarket, so you can buy everything you need.

    I stayed here for 3 weeks, as a part of a longer journey. The Apartment is very conveniently located for me, as my Japanese friends live in northern Osaka. Also everything needed can be found here. There is also plenty of Bars or Restaurants, Caffées within very walkable distance. Hankyu Station is less than 5 min walk, and a 5 min ride to either Jūsō or Umeda Station. Communication with Yuko san was hardly needed, but was very friendly, when I had some wishes.

    Hotel was was convienient and very opulent in the communal areas. Close to Umeda station and shopping. View from the swimming pool was amazing. Lawson in the hotel was very useful.

    Nice, clean, modern. Most of all location is great. Guests can use the underground to walk to Osaka-Umeda station. We visited this hotel a year ago and came back once again to find that facilities and services were still as good.
