The property converted from an old department store is cool. Great remodel. Location is excellent, as you can walk to all the great shopping and restaurants. Within a few blocks of the train station. Food court next door with lots of choices for meals. Seven Eleven half block away. The property has washer and dryers for a minimal fee. No need to bring detergent and these washer automatically insert detergent. Bring your dryer sheets though and laundry bag. Play area is next to washers so if you have child you can hangout there. Because of the building conversion it seems they brought in bathroom pods, which you step up about six inches to enter the bathroom. So FYI if that’s a problem. The shower tub combo had good water pressure. For us English speakers, the tv only has one English station and you cannot login into You Tube or Netflix.

This was my second time at 88 Shinsaibashi Hotel. I m sure I ll return as soon as possible.     A good sized room, good amenities, responsive hosts. While we couldn't forward luggage to the hotel as it is unstaffed, we were able to forward to another Eslead hotel not far away, and were lucky enough to have them hold out for two days until our arrival. Plenty of good convenience stores nearby and very close to a metro station (Ebischu). There was a big entertainment/street food area and Tsutenkaku Tower a short walk away. A very useful drying room in the bathroom. Very good value for money.

    Great location, less than 10mins walk to 2 train stations, plus Zoo, museum and Tsutenkaku Tower. Great eateries nearby. Short train ride (or 30 min walk) to Dontonbori. Very responsive host. Small balcony with city view, allows fresh air. Heating/cooling, microwave, hotplate. Washing machine (free) but no dryer - our things dried quickly but there's also a laundromat round the corner. Beds comfortable. Very clean.

    Location is really nice, close to several metro stations, Tsutenkaku tower and Shinsekai area. Nihonbashi or Namba is just 15 minutes walk away. We had washing machine in our room so we didn't even had to search for a coin laundry. Breakfast was ok and served by a super friendly staff. And in general if you have any questions you may contact the staff via a messenger and they will do their best to help you. We really enjoyed our time in Osaka.

    Very easy check in process. Great location, walking distance from Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai, as well as the train stations needed to access other parts of the city and Nara easily and efficiently. Quiet neighbourhood, except for a local karaoke bar (but that's no bother if you keep the balcony door closed). Good WiFi and excellent, much needed air conditioning. Comfy beds. Washing machine was also appreciated.

    Hotel Aaron Tsutenkaku is a great stay in Osaka – clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very convenient location near Tsutenkaku Tower and train stations. Check-in was smooth, and having amenities like kitchenette and washing machine made the stay extra convenient. Good value for money and perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

    Excellent location! So many restaurants close by; shops, market stalls, arcade games - and a view of the Tsutenkaku Tower from our balcony! Super close to lots of transport. Comfortable and clean! We are a family of 5, with three teenage boys, and this apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
