I enjoyed the historic photo gallery, the convenience of the hotel, my moat walk, the Atrium breakfast, and, mostly the team that helped me when a typhoon threatened my sole Mt Fuji climbing window. All trains to the area were canceled for the day. The Tokyo Station Hotel team helped me with an immediate refund for my train ticket, and organized a car to take me to Fujinomiya.
