It was pretty cool to see a hotel, café, and art museum all in one. The art and overall aesthetic gave the place so much character. When comparing to other hotels in Japan, their rooms are very spacious, especially the bathroom. The facilities and amenities were complete, and the staff were hospitable and accommodating. I really feel like I got my money's worth, so I would definitely stay here again and even recommend this to others.

I lived here for 1 month, it's a great choice, fully recommended!! Great location, only 5 minutes or less walking to the Sensoji Temple. There is a huge Don Quijote market or pharmacy just down the street, you can buy every thing there very easily. The hotel is very close to many places, such as subway station, bus station, Life Supermarket, Rox 3G Shopping Mall, and many interesting cafes, restaurants and shopping streets. The breakfast included is served by a cafe outside, only 4 options everyday, basic choice but all are very delicious for me. The room is very well equipped: small kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine(wash&dry), foldable dining table and ironing board. The space is good for me, I got 3 suitcases (2 big ones) and still find enough room to move around. In the lobby there are two drawers in which you can find more free kitchen cooking and eating items: bowls or tools for bakery, disposable tableware and napkins, candy, etc. Staff are very nice and helped me a lot. You can get free amenities by asking. There are extra payment services, such as the selling of necessary seasonings for cooking, printing service, etc.

Set above a station so is easy to find.

Set above a station so is easy to find. Unfortunately the day we went as very wet and cloudy and the Skytree observation was clouded in, so we were advised not to go up by the attendant. Disappointing.

Loved it here! We had lunch at the Kirby Cafe.

Loved it here! We had lunch at the Kirby Cafe. Reservations are a challenge, but worth it for the incredibly themed place and food. (Watch YouTube videos for reservation tips.) The shopping was so fun! A Kirby store, Pokemon Center, Marvel store, and a Harry Potter Pop-up store were favorites. You could easily spend all day shopping!

The best spot to get a city view, and you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day. THE best attraction for 360 degree views and worth the fee. I wouldn't bother with any of the other fee paying viewing attractions, like the Tokyo Tower of Fuji Observatory. Go for sunset. There's no time limit for staying up there and it has a bar. Not many places to sit down

Nice view and nice insta photo spots.

Nice view and nice insta photo spots. Tip 1: Take the 1st batch of the day. It will be little crowd and you can have plenty space and time to take photo. The staff will not chase you out. Tip 2: Alternatively, can choose between evening and spare about 2 hours to experience day view and night view.

The decision to do the galleria (combo) was somewhat difficult. To justify the additional cost, and after reading reviews that suggested buildings become blurry at that height. I can confirm that although impressive at 450 meters, it did not feel more special than at 350 meters. The definition of the city became diminished at that height. However, the separate elevator did add to the experience. If you are likely to get FOMO, just book the combo (if not, you will pay a premium there). If you cannot justify paying more than necessary to enter - take comfort knowing your aren't missing out on too much.

Tokyo Skytree has the highest observation decks in the city, but that is basically all. It can become very crowded and it is quite far from most interesting places. I enjoyed the outdoor observation platform of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower much more for example and other nice observation decks are even free.

The perfect blend of being close to the main parts of tokyo, asakusa and tokyo skytree tower only 15 minutes walk away, and being in a very tranquil neighborhood. The house ahs everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the stay and if i go back to Tokyo I will book this apa-hotel again.

We love the location—it’s close to two major train lines and within walking distance of Sensoji, Tokyo Skytree, and Ueno. We also appreciate being able to pick up amenities on our own from the lobby and laundry area. Having two toilets and one shower was perfect, so the four of us didn’t have to wait for our turn.

Location was really close to the train station and the Tokyo Skytree. Bus station to Disneyland was also nearby. The train station has direct train to the Airport, which was why we chose this apartment

After the hotel rooms were renovated, they are modern, clean and have a perfect view of the Asakusa temple, Tokyo Skytree or Asahi Beer hall (golden poop). We enjoyed the rich breakfast the most and again the view of the city.

Very central location, entrance (5 flights of stairs!) To the station was steps outside the door, and the elevator entrance to the station was just across the road (A2b). Easy walk to sensoji, as well as easy walk to further stations like Kuramae on the Toei Oedo line. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and made sending my luggage on to my next hotel very easy. My bed had a view of Tokyo Skytree right from my window!

Really nice, small hotel which was perfect for our first few nights in Japan. The hotel is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood which we really liked and is only a short walk to the nearest train station, which is near to the Tokyo Skytree (which is certainly worth a visit)! The staff were very nice and welcoming and the room was very clean and had everything we needed (two adults two children). We'd certainly come back to this hotel when we visit Tokyo again in the future.

Great location only a few minutes from either Tawaramachi or Kuramae metro stations,, very friendly and polite staff. Room was much bigger than other similar hotels and had good facilities on site. Having a FamilyMart next door was really convenient too. The hotel even had a roof deck where you could get a fantastic view of the Tokyo Skytree. Check in was very easy (and I loved the holograms!), and the room was cleaned regularly. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.
