It was exceptional in every way. Minimalist but comfortable and practical room. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower, incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, great location away from the hectic centre. Couldn't hope for any more from a hotel. It even had a laundry and Suica card dispenser on site! Right opposite a metro station.

Set above a station so is easy to find.

Set above a station so is easy to find. Unfortunately the day we went as very wet and cloudy and the Skytree observation was clouded in, so we were advised not to go up by the attendant. Disappointing.

Loved it here! We had lunch at the Kirby Cafe.

Loved it here! We had lunch at the Kirby Cafe. Reservations are a challenge, but worth it for the incredibly themed place and food. (Watch YouTube videos for reservation tips.) The shopping was so fun! A Kirby store, Pokemon Center, Marvel store, and a Harry Potter Pop-up store were favorites. You could easily spend all day shopping!

The best spot to get a city view, and you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day. THE best attraction for 360 degree views and worth the fee. I wouldn't bother with any of the other fee paying viewing attractions, like the Tokyo Tower of Fuji Observatory. Go for sunset. There's no time limit for staying up there and it has a bar. Not many places to sit down

Nice view and nice insta photo spots.

Nice view and nice insta photo spots. Tip 1: Take the 1st batch of the day. It will be little crowd and you can have plenty space and time to take photo. The staff will not chase you out. Tip 2: Alternatively, can choose between evening and spare about 2 hours to experience day view and night view.

The decision to do the galleria (combo) was somewhat difficult. To justify the additional cost, and after reading reviews that suggested buildings become blurry at that height. I can confirm that although impressive at 450 meters, it did not feel more special than at 350 meters. The definition of the city became diminished at that height. However, the separate elevator did add to the experience. If you are likely to get FOMO, just book the combo (if not, you will pay a premium there). If you cannot justify paying more than necessary to enter - take comfort knowing your aren't missing out on too much.

Tokyo Skytree has the highest observation decks in the city, but that is basically all. It can become very crowded and it is quite far from most interesting places. I enjoyed the outdoor observation platform of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower much more for example and other nice observation decks are even free.

We loved the position, so close to the Tokyo Skytree and to Asakusa area, one of our favourite. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, you can find everything for a cozy long stay in the beautiful Tokyo. The host is very friendly and helpful. We would choose this facility again in the future.

LANDABOUT TOKYO was strategically located across the road from Uguisudani Stn and very accessible to Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree. It’s a cozy, boutique hotel and the room was small but well-designed.

The house ahs everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the stay and if i go back to Tokyo I will book this apa-hotel again.

We love the location—it’s close to two major train lines and within walking distance of Sensoji, Tokyo Skytree, and Ueno. We also appreciate being able to pick up amenities on our own from the lobby and laundry area. Having two toilets and one shower was perfect, so the four of us didn’t have to wait for our turn.

Location was really close to the train station and the Tokyo Skytree. Bus station to Disneyland was also nearby. The train station has direct train to the Airport, which was why we chose this apartment

Staff were friendly and the location was fantastic with good links to the ginza, asakusa and tobu lines. We had an excellent view of Tokyo Skytree from our room. The room was spacious. He mattress was too firm for us so the staff provided a mattress topper which made the beds much more comfy. We would definitely stay again.

After the hotel rooms were renovated, they are modern, clean and have a perfect view of the Asakusa temple, Tokyo Skytree or Asahi Beer hall (golden poop). We enjoyed the rich breakfast the most and again the view of the city.
