property was nice had a lot of facilities as well like a pool, gym, restaurants and a bar on the 14th floor. free parking was definitely great and the staff was super friendly.

Hotel well located and with good fournitures. Everything was good. Staff member was fluent in english. I believe the hotel was renovated a few years ago. No Onsen in the hotel but we did not need it for our short stay.

    This hotel is on a very convenient location, about 2 minute walk from Ōita station. Onsen on the 14th floor is very nice and good for relaxing after dinner. There are saunas in both male and female onsen but accommodate one person at a time. If you want to visit Beppu, it takes maybe about 15-20 minutes on the on the local train (slightly less if on the sonic train).

    Dormy hotel Oita had a great location outside Oita station. We experienced the onsen on the top floor - it was great. Hotel also had a lot of free perks such as noodles in the night, yakult in the morning and ice cream. No issues with the service staff.

    Only about a 15 minute walk from Oita station and downtown, this was a good little hotel. The room was small but good enough for one person and very comfortable. The staff on check-in were really friendly and helpful. The hotel also had an associated onsen down the road, however I wasn't able to make use of this during my stay.
