Loved the view of Mt Fuji overseeing the lake from our room Also loved the Japanese-style room, and the dinner and breakfast we availed of were great. The onsens were also a pleasant experience to try, and the staff were very attentive and can speak English well. We also appreciated the shuttle back to the station.

Very friendly and professional staff, the make you feel very comfortable. They provide a shuttle service from/to Kawaguchiko station which is super convenient. The rooms are lovely and clean; the view from the room is spectacular combining the Kawaguchiko lake and Mt Fuji ❤️

It was definitely exceeded expectation from A to Z. - Pick up from Kawaguchiko station: driver was friendly and punctual. - Check-in: handled seamlessly from the moment we stepped down the mini bus. A dedicated staff walked us through all the facilities before taking us to the room - Activities: * Complimentary tea and snack at the tea house overlooking the beautiful garden was great. * Open air onsen looking directly at the fuji mountain was exceptional, even though it was covered by cloud on my day of visit * Dining in our room (i think 9 course meal) was delivious and luxurious * Room: from bath room to bedroom to dining room to private open air onsen, everything was just perfect Love everything about this place. Wish i stayed longer. Hope i can visit again.

Everything was perfect all throughout our stay! A short walk from the station, the check-in was super smooth with the staff speaking rather good English. Then we arrived in our room: huge space and patio with a view on the Mt. Fuji?!! Private and enormous bath, all amenities provided, you only need to relax and enjoy. A lot of tiny details that make the difference: the name on the door, the tea ceremony experience, the incredibly kind staff. Thank you to all the team for showing us Japanese hospitality!

Loved the idea of having our own villa. The view from the rooftop (or actually anywhere else in the house) is just unbeatable—full Mount Fuji right in front of you. After 2 weeks of traveling through Japan and staying in hotels the whole time, having our own kitchen to cook something homemade was very lovely.

Beautiful traditional Japanese rooms with tatami mats, windows overlooking mount Fuji, a wonderful owner that offers to collect and drop you off at the station, and even gives you local recommendations. This hostel was a highlight of our trip, we loved it!

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Wonderful view of Mount Fuji from our room. Hotel is spacious . We booked half board and the Japanese banquet we had was exceptional. Enjoyed dressing in the Yakutas provided by the hotel, for dinner. The Onsen facilities are very good. Easy to arrange hotel transport to and from the train station or bus station . Lovely view of the lake from the dining room. Nice gift shop in the hotel.

The scenery is beautiful, and you can see Mount Fuji.
Most of the staff can speak Mandarin, so communication is smooth. The bath is ordinary, no different from baths in other Japanese hotels.

Fantastic stay with a view of Mount Fuji, located close to the Kawaguchiko Lake. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly. We received many good recommendations during our stay. As a guest, you feel incredibly welcome. We had a wonderful experience with access to the private Onsen and we got a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. The hotel shuttlebuss drove us to the train station - very easy and comfortable. We will gladly come back again! Thank you for an unforgettable trip to Kawaguchiko Lake.

Beautiful location with views of Mount Fuji and lake. Do note the view is highly weather dependent but we saw some early morning vistas. Hotel is a little dated in style but it is well looked after and provides a classic Japanese onsen hotel experience. Japanese style room was very comfortable. The hotel is a good distance from the train station but the tourist information desk will call the hotel to arrange a pickup.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The views of mount fuji amazing. Lots of stuff to do in the area accessible by local bus or walking. Onsen in the hotel was really nice with great views (and allowed tattoos). Room was spacious and the traditional japanese beds very comfortable.

It's the most romantic place I've ever stayed at. Anyone who wants to propose during their Japan trip - that's the place to do it! The huge terrace with the view on the lake is simply breathtaking. We bought some delicious Japanese wine from the hotel and did a bbq with meat we bought at the local supermarket and finished with s'mores by the outdoor fire pit - a highlight of our trip! Mount Fuji was in the clouds when we arrived but we woke up at sunrise the next morning and had a beautiful view - just magical!

Honestly everything. Very professional and helping staff, very nice ofuro, small gym available. Location is great, we saw Mount Fuji from the window of our spacious room. Hotel is organizing guests transport from and to Fujikawaguchiko station. Also we highly evaluated a rich & tasty breakfast, thanks to which we didn’t need lunch:-)
