The hotel was clean and the customer service was excellent. The views were also incredible from the 35th floor: The reception organised our luggage delivery to the next stop without any issue the morning of checkout (I would leave an extra 10-15 mins for this process). The location was fantastic as it was right in the nightlife district and despite being the red light district at no point did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable however we were travelling as a couple. The main Shinjuku station (where you can catch JR trains) is about a 10 min walk but you can access this from the subway underground that is 5 mins away from the hotel.

You're 5 min walk to everything needed, ranging from hip new places to main MRT lines, while maintaining proper distance from the noise. I do recommend the Executive Lounge for the service, food and view.

Amazing place to stay and brilliant service from everyone. Came here to end our trip in Japan as a treat was well worth the money.

The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained and a short walking-distance to several metro stations. The staff was friendly and communicates well in English. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with all the utilities one can think of. I slept very well during the night as the room is soundproof.
