The Chiba Port Plaza hotel is in an excellent location for this, taking less than 10 minutes on the train to Kaihimmakuhari station (and the hotel is only 3mins walk from Chibaminato station). But the people were very kind during check in and check out. The room was quite big! A monorail station is nearby towards Chiba Minato. Great location, not far from the Kaihimmakuhari station and other restaurants and shopping malls. There is a bus that leaves every hour for the Narita airport. Also 2 convenience store inside the building. We stay at triple room of central tower, and we could view Mt. Fuji from the window.
