Very nice rooms with a lot of space, very comfortable beds. The room was absolutely clean. Also the location is quite convenient.

The room was authentic and very comfortable. There is an exhange machine at the recepion. Location is great and well connected by bus and other public transport. All staff were very friendly.

Perfect stay : very comfy rooms, option to move the door in between the corridor and bedroom to create separate space and not to wake up your partner. Amazing option with mini 24/7 food corner. Ended up using the snacks and playing board games every night as we had a bit of jet lag. Great staff

Everything. From the beginning upon arrival at Kyoto Station, they await you at the welcome lounge. Here you can already checkin.. From there they take you into a car to the hotel free of charge.
